John took the time to answer all of our questions, was very informative, and offered some very detailed design plans. Being new pool owners it has been very important have had the support and prompt response to questions/problems we have encountered, Cathlyn was so helpful. The fact that LoneStar Pools handles everything from permits to the electric and plumbing as well as concrete decking made the job run very smooth. The surface of the fiberglass is smooth to the touch and will not crack, and the color is vibrant and will not fade! The installation process was fascinating and we were amazed to see the pool in place after only one day! But I guess the biggest surprise was to see Chris, the President and owner of the company, out there working the machinery that very first day. I would not hesitate to recommend LoneStar Pools to anybody seriously considering installing a pool.
